Primary Responsibilities :
Lead regional sales operations for industrial products to achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing field sales team.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Develop strategic account plans for key industrial customers and channel partners.
Generate and qualify leads through customer visits, technical discussions, and follow-ups.
Understand customer applications and recommend suitable industrial product solutions.
Build long-term customer relationships through regular site visits and application support.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing.
Track sales pipeline, forecasts, collections, and CRM updates.
Provide regular territory performance reports to management.
Experience Requirements:
+ years of experience in selling industrial products or machine components directly to industrial customers.
Experience in team management is an added advantage.
Good understanding of the assigned regional market.
Strong technical aptitude and ability to understand industrial applications.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
