Primary Responsibilities :

Warehouse Operations: Manage end-to-end warehouse activities including
material receipt, inspection, storage, labeling, packing, dispatch, record
maintenance, and efficient space utilization while ensuring safe material
handling.
 Logistics & Transportation: Plan, coordinate, and monitor inbound and
outbound shipments by collaborating with transporters, freight forwarders, and
logistics partners to ensure timely and cost-effective deliveries.
 Import & Export Operations: Handle end-to-end import/export
documentation, customs clearance, and regulatory compliance by
coordinating with Customs House Agents (CHA) and freight forwarders.

 ERP & Documentation: Manage ERP transactions for inventory, dispatch,
and order processing while preparing invoices, dispatch documents, and
maintaining accurate operational records.
 Vendor & Customer Coordination: Coordinate with customers, vendors,
and internal departments for dispatch updates, invoice verification, payment
follow-ups, and seamless operational execution.
 Inventory Management: Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock
audits, reconciliations, discrepancy resolution, and effective stock control
practices.
 Health, Safety & Compliance: Ensure compliance with HSE standards,
statutory requirements, and company policies while maintaining a safe,
secure, and organized warehouse environment.
 Cross-Functional Coordination & Process Improvement: Collaborate with
Sales, Procurement, Stores, Accounts, and Management to streamline
operations, improve processes, and enhance overall operational efficiency.

Experience Requirements:

 Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory control, and logistics
management.
 Working knowledge of import/export procedures and customs documentation.
 Hands-on experience with ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
 Strong planning, coordination, and organizational skills.
 Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet operational deadlines.
 Detail-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving and communication
skills.
