Primary Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and manage end-to-end social media strategies aligned with brand and business objectives.
- Manage and oversee day-to-day operations across social media platforms including LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter (X), Pinterest, and other relevant channels.
- Plan, create, and execute content calendars and campaigns, ensuring platform-specific optimization.
- Use social media management tools such as Sprinklr, Hootsuite, or similar tools for scheduling, publishing, and monitoring content.
- Monitor social media conversations, respond to comments/messages, and actively manage online communities to enhance engagement and brand reputation.
- Track, analyze, and report performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and other platform analytics.
- Conduct regular competitor analysis and market benchmarking to identify trends and opportunities.
- Research emerging social media trends, formats, tools, and best practices to improve reach, engagement, and conversions.
- Conceptualize and create compelling ad copies, creatives, and campaign ideas for organic and paid social media initiatives.
- Recommend and implement performance improvements based on data-driven insights.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Design, Content, Sales, and HR to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Coordinate with multiple departments to ensure timely and effective execution of campaigns.
- Take complete ownership of social media deliverables, timelines, and overall performance.
Experience Requirements:
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics tools.
- Excellent content planning, communication, and coordination skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
Preferred Skills
- Experience handling paid social media campaigns.
- Exposure to employer branding or B2B social media is a plus.
- Basic understanding of performance marketing and lead generation.
