Primary Responsibilities :

Business Development & Lead Generation

  • Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and field visits.
  • Identify upcoming residential and commercial construction projects.
  • Build relationships with:
    • Architects
    • Parking Consultants
    • Builders
    • Real Estate Developers
  • Develop and maintain a strong project pipeline.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings and site visits.

Technical Consulting

  • Understand customer site requirements and parking space constraints.
  • Recommend suitable hydraulic parking solutions, including:
    • Stack Parking Systems
    • Puzzle Parking Systems
    • Pit-Type Parking Systems
  • Explain:
    • Technical specifications
    • Structural requirements
    • Power consumption
    • Installation requirements
  • Coordinate with the technical team for solution design.

Sales & Account Management

  • Prepare:
    • Techno-commercial proposals
    • Quotations
    • Cost estimates
    • Comparative statements
  • Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
  • Close sales and achieve assigned targets.
  • Build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals.
Experience Requirements:

Educational Qualification

  • Graduate (Technical or Non-Technical)

Experience Required

  • 3–4 years of Field Sales experience
  • Strong B2B Sales background
