Primary Responsibilities :
OpenShift Administration
- Provide L2 support for Red Hat OpenShift production clusters.
- Troubleshoot complex issues related to pods, deployments, networking, storage, and routing.
- Monitor cluster health using built-in observability tools and must-gather packages.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Support application deployments, scaling, rollouts, and lifecycle management.
- Manage multi-cluster environments using OpenShift Advanced Cluster Management (ACM).
- Perform rolling upgrades, patching, and cluster maintenance.
- Ensure high availability and business continuity.
Security & Compliance
- Manage Security Context Constraints (SCCs).
- Configure and maintain RBAC.
- Enforce cluster security policies and compliance standards.
- Implement Network Policies and access controls.
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with L1 support teams, developers, and cross-functional teams.
- Assist in issue resolution and operational improvements.
- Support production incidents and change management activities.
