Primary Responsibilities :
1. Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, networking, and referrals.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients.
- Build a strong sales pipeline and convert leads into long-term clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
2. Client Relationship Management
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client business objectives and marketing requirements.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term engagement.
3. Sales & Consulting
- Present and pitch the company's digital marketing services to prospective clients.
- Recommend suitable digital marketing solutions based on client requirements.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and online demos.
4. Proposal & Deal Closure
- Prepare commercial proposals, quotations, and presentations.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms.
- Successfully close business deals and ensure smooth client onboarding.
5. CRM & Reporting
- Maintain accurate customer information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Track lead status, follow-ups, and conversion rates.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
6. Market Research
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments.
- Share market intelligence with the management team.
Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualification
- Graduate in any discipline.
Experience
- 3–4 years of experience in Business Development or Sales.
- Experience in Media, Advertising, Digital Marketing, Branding, or Marketing Services is preferred.
