1. IT Infrastructure Design & Office Setup

• Design and deploy complete office IT infrastructure from the ground up.
• Plan and implement LAN/WAN networks, enterprise Wi-Fi, VLANs, VPNs, and internet redundancy.
• Coordinate installation of structured cabling, server racks, switches, routers, firewalls, and AV systems.
• Collaborate with vendors for networking equipment procurement and deployment.

2. IT Infrastructure Architecture

• Develop and maintain the organization's long-term IT infrastructure blueprint.
• Design scalable network architecture, cloud infrastructure, backup, and disaster recovery strategies.
• Define standards for developer workstations, build servers, storage, and security.
• Ensure infrastructure supports high-performance game development workflows.

3. Developer Workstation Management

• Configure and manage high-performance Windows and Linux workstations.
• Manage GPU-based development machines.
• Support Unity, Unreal Engine, Git, Perforce, and build automation tools.
• Maintain developer environments and CI/CD infrastructure.

4. Network & Systems Administration

• Administer LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, servers, and storage systems.
• Monitor network uptime, system performance, and infrastructure health.
• Troubleshoot network, server, and workstation issues.
• Ensure maximum system availability and reliability.

5. IT Security & Access Management

• Implement cybersecurity best practices and endpoint protection.
• Manage firewalls, VPN access, identity management, and access controls.
• Conduct security audits and vulnerability assessments.
• Protect company intellectual property and development assets.

6. IT Operations & User Support

• Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including system provisioning and access revocation.
• Install, configure, and maintain software and business applications.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations across departments.

7. Vendor & Asset Management

• Manage relationships with hardware, networking, ISP, and software vendors.
• Track IT assets, licenses, warranties, and hardware lifecycle.
• Plan procurement of IT equipment and infrastructure upgrades.
• Maintain inventory records and documentation.

8. Documentation & Process Management

• Maintain IT infrastructure documentation and network diagrams.
• Create SOPs, onboarding guides, troubleshooting manuals, and security policies.
• Ensure documentation remains updated for all IT systems and processes.
