Primary Responsibilities :

1. Business Development

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities across assigned territories.
  • Generate leads through field visits, networking, referrals, and industry contacts.
  • Acquire new customers and expand the company's client base.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

2. Technical Sales

  • Promote and sell the company's electrical and mechanical products.
  • Understand customer technical requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions.
  • Explain technical products in a simple and business-oriented manner.

3. Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Handle customer inquiries and provide technical support during the sales process.
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely responses and effective communication.
  • Maintain regular follow-ups to generate repeat business.

4. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
  • Convert inquiries into successful business opportunities.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

5. Sales Coordination

  • Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and customer support.
  • Ensure timely delivery and project completion.
  • Support customers throughout the complete sales cycle.

6. Market Analysis & Reporting

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and CRM updates.
  • Provide market feedback to management for business improvement.
Experience Requirements:

Educational Qualification

  • B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in:
    • Electrical Engineering
    • Mechanical Engineering

Experience

  • 0–5 years of experience in Technical Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, or Industrial Sales.

  • Basic knowledge of Electrical and Mechanical products.
