Primary Responsibilities :
Administrative Operations
- Manage day-to-day administrative activities and office operations.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow.
- Maintain administrative records, documents, and reports.
- Handle vendor coordination and service contracts.
Facility Management
- Supervise office facilities and ensure proper maintenance.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams.
- Ensure availability of office supplies and inventory.
Guest & Staff Coordination
- Welcome guests and coordinate hospitality arrangements.
- Handle employee accommodation and administrative support.
- Coordinate travel, meetings, and event arrangements.
Compliance & Documentation
- Maintain company records and confidential documents.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and administrative procedures.
- Prepare periodic administrative reports.
General Administration
- Resolve day-to-day operational issues.
- Support management in administrative projects.
- Perform additional administrative duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements:
Education
- Graduate from a recognized Hospitality Institute.
Experience
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Administration within the Hospitality industry.
Skills
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Vendor and facility management.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
