Primary Responsibilities :
Cargo Operations & Coordination
- Coordinate and monitor air, sea, and land cargo shipments from origin to destination.
- Ensure timely movement and delivery of shipments as per customer requirements.
- Track shipments and provide regular status updates to customers.
- Coordinate with airlines, shipping lines, transporters, customs brokers, and warehouse teams.
- Resolve shipment delays, transit issues, and operational challenges promptly.
Documentation & Compliance
- Prepare and verify shipping documents including Airway Bills (AWB), Bills of Lading (BL), Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, and Delivery Orders.
- Ensure all documentation complies with international shipping regulations and customs requirements.
- Maintain accurate shipment records and operational reports.
- Coordinate customs clearance and regulatory compliance activities.
Client Relationship Management
- Communicate with clients regarding shipment schedules, status updates, and service requirements.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and logistics partners.
- Address customer inquiries and provide effective solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.
Sales & Business Development Support
- Identify potential cargo and freight business opportunities.
- Support sales activities by providing logistics solutions and quotations.
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients, freight agents, and logistics partners.
- Assist in achieving cargo revenue targets and business growth objectives.
Reporting & Administration
- Maintain shipment databases and operational records.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly shipment reports.
- Ensure timely billing coordination and documentation submission.
- Update management on operational performance and client requirements.
Experience Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Cargo, Freight Forwarding, Logistics, or Shipping Industry.
- Strong understanding of air freight, sea freight, and land transportation operations.
- Experience handling shipping documentation and customs procedures.
- Good knowledge of international freight regulations and logistics processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management systems.
