Primary Responsibilities :

Sales & Business Development

  • Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Promote travel packages, visa services, holiday packages, airline tickets, and related travel services.
  • Identify and approach potential corporate and individual clients.
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
  • Understand customer travel requirements and provide suitable solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Resolve customer queries and concerns professionally.

Market Research & Lead Generation

  • Research market trends and competitor offerings.
  • Identify new business opportunities and target markets.
  • Generate leads through referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
  • Maintain updated customer and prospect databases.

Sales Reporting & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer information.
  • Prepare sales reports and activity updates for management.
  • Track customer interactions and follow-up activities.
  • Ensure timely completion of sales documentation and contracts.
Experience Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the Travel & Tourism Industry.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong customer relationship management abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and computer applications.
  • Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
