Primary Responsibilities :
Outbound Sales & Lead Generation
- Handle outbound sales calls targeting customers in the Australian market.
- Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Promote and sell insurance-related products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend suitable solutions.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and follow up on potential leads.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Understand customer requirements and provide personalized solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Handle customer objections professionally and effectively.
Sales Target Achievement
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Consistently meet KPIs related to calls, conversions, revenue, and customer acquisition.
- Monitor individual performance metrics and take corrective actions when required.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales strategies and customer engagement.
CRM & Documentation
- Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities in CRM systems.
- Update lead status, customer interactions, and sales outcomes regularly.
- Ensure proper documentation of all customer communications and transactions.
- Prepare sales reports and performance updates as required.
Compliance & Quality Standards
- Follow approved sales scripts, company policies, and compliance guidelines.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with Australian market regulations and company standards.
- Maintain quality standards during customer interactions and sales processes.
- Adhere to data privacy and confidentiality requirements.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Coordinate with onboarding, operations, and customer support teams.
- Ensure smooth customer onboarding and post-sales experience.
- Work closely with management to improve sales processes and performance.
- Share market feedback and customer insights with internal stakeholders.
Market & Product Knowledge
- Stay updated on insurance products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Understand Australian market dynamics and customer behavior.

Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, Management, or related field.
- Equivalent experience in International Sales may also be considered.
Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in International Outbound Sales.
- Prior experience working with the Australian market is mandatory.
- Experience in the Insurance industry is highly preferred.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Technical Skills
- Experience using CRM platforms and sales tracking systems.
- Strong knowledge of outbound sales processes and lead generation techniques.
- Familiarity with sales reporting and pipeline management tools.
