Primary Responsibilities :
Business Development & Sales
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Drive revenue growth for the dermatology product portfolio within the assigned territory.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities across clinics, hospitals, and dermatology centers.
- Expand market penetration and increase product adoption.
- Execute territory development plans and growth strategies.
- Conduct regular field visits to meet healthcare professionals and key customers.
Doctor & KOL Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with Dermatologists, Cosmetologists, Trichologists, and Healthcare Professionals.
- Conduct product detailing sessions and scientific discussions.
- Organize and participate in CME programs, workshops, and medical conferences.
- Develop relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) to strengthen brand positioning.
- Gather market feedback and customer insights to support business decisions.
Team Management & Leadership
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of 3–5 Medical Representatives.
- Monitor field activities and productivity of the MR team.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and field accompaniment visits.
- Ensure achievement of team sales targets and KPIs.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of field staff.
- Develop succession plans and team capability enhancement programs.
Market Analysis & Territory Management
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Identify emerging opportunities within the dermatology segment.
- Maintain and expand the customer database within the assigned territory.
- Develop territory-wise business plans and execution strategies.
- Monitor competitor product launches and market activities.
Sales Planning & Execution
- Prepare monthly and quarterly sales forecasts.
- Ensure effective implementation of promotional campaigns and marketing activities.
- Manage product availability and inventory coordination.
- Execute strategic initiatives to maximize territory performance.
Reporting & Compliance
- Submit daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Maintain CRM and sales activity records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical industry regulations.
- Provide regular business updates to the National Sales Manager or Zonal Head.
Experience Requirements:
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm), Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Microbiology, or related discipline.
- MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
Experience
- 6–10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical Sales.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Dermatology Sales.
- Prior experience handling a team of Medical Representatives.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
