Primary Responsibilities :
Commercial Strategy & Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute the company's commercial strategy to drive revenue growth across global markets.
- Lead the go-to-market (GTM) strategy for Cloudify's unified integration and payment platform.
- Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and revenue channels.
- Define and implement pricing, packaging, and positioning strategies.
- Establish short-term and long-term growth plans aligned with company objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitive developments.
Sales Leadership
- Build, lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing sales organization.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
- Establish sales processes, forecasting methodologies, and pipeline management frameworks.
- Drive new customer acquisition and account expansion initiatives.
- Develop enterprise sales strategies for large-scale customer acquisition.
- Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Customer Success & Retention
- Collaborate with Customer Success teams to maximize customer satisfaction and retention.
- Develop customer lifecycle strategies focused on renewals and upselling opportunities.
- Improve customer engagement and reduce churn rates.
- Monitor customer feedback and implement improvements.
Strategic Partnerships
- Establish and manage strategic alliances with:
- E-commerce platforms

- Align commercial strategies with product roadmaps.
- Support product launches and feature adoption initiatives.
- Ensure consistent messaging and value proposition across all channels.
Performance Management & Reporting
- Define commercial KPIs and performance metrics.
- Track revenue growth, customer acquisition, retention, and partnership performance.
- Prepare executive-level reports and business reviews.
- Forecast revenue and provide business insights to leadership.
Team Leadership
- Recruit, develop, and retain top commercial talent.
- Establish a high-performance culture focused on accountability and results.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and career development support.

Experience Requirements:
Education
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, Commerce, Economics, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent business qualification preferred.
