Primary Responsibilities :
- Coordinate and communicate with international clients on a daily basis.
- Manage BIM models using Autodesk software.
- Work on Scan-to-BIM and Point Cloud-based projects.
- Perform QA/QC using AI-powered construction platforms and software tools.
- Test and evaluate construction AI platforms and BIM software features.
- Explain Autodesk software functionalities and workflows to non-technical stakeholders.
- Prepare training materials, user guides, and documentation.
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
- Support BIM coordination and project documentation activities.
- Work on international BIM projects following global standards and best practices.
- Participate in AI and Vision Automation-based construction workflows.
Experience Requirements:
Education
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering OR
- B.Arch (Bachelor of Architecture)
Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in BIM projects and construction.
Technical Skills
- Strong proficiency in:
- Autodesk Revit
- Navisworks
- Autodesk Recap
- Understanding of BIM coordination and project documentation.
- Experience working with BIM workflows and model management.
- Knowledge of construction drawings and site execution.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Scan-to-BIM workflows.
- Familiarity with:
- Primavera P6
- Microsoft Project (MSP)
- Exposure to Point Cloud Modeling.
- Knowledge of QA/QC processes in BIM projects.
Soft Skills
- Strong English communication skills (Mandatory).
