Primary Responsibilities :
- Develop, manage, and coordinate BIM models using Autodesk tools.
- Work on Scan-to-BIM and Point Cloud-based modeling projects.
- Communicate and coordinate directly with international clients on project requirements and deliverables.
- Perform QA/QC activities using AI-powered construction and BIM platforms.
- Test and evaluate BIM software features and construction technology solutions.
- Prepare project documentation, training materials, and workflow guides.
- Explain BIM processes and Autodesk software functionalities to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ensure project delivery within deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams and clients to resolve project-related issues
Experience Requirements:
- B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering or B.Arch.
- 2–5 years of experience in BIM projects along with construction/site exposure.
- Strong proficiency in:
- Autodesk Revit
- Navisworks
- Autodesk Recap
- Understanding of BIM coordination and project documentation.
- Strong English communication skills.
- Ability to independently handle client interactions and project discussions.
- Good presentation, documentation, and reporting skills.
- Willingness to work in the UK shift.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in Scan-to-BIM and Point Cloud Modeling.
- Familiarity with:
- Primavera P6
- Microsoft Project (MSP)
- Exposure to AI-based construction platforms and digital construction technologies.
- Experience working on international BIM projects.
