Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable, professional, and safety-conscious Company Driver to support daily business operations in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting staff, handling bank submissions, delivering documents and shipments, and ensuring company vehicles are maintained in excellent condition.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely operate company vehicles for official business purposes.
• Transport employees, clients, and visitors as required.
• Handle bank-related tasks, including cheque deposits, cash deposits, and document submissions.
• Collect and deliver documents, parcels, and shipments to clients, vendors, government offices, and other locations.
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery of materials and correspondence.
• Plan efficient travel routes to avoid delays and ensure punctuality.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and perform routine vehicle inspections.
• Monitor fuel levels, service schedules, insurance, and registration renewals.
• Keep accurate records of trips, deliveries, mileage, and vehicle maintenance.
• Comply with UAE traffic laws, road safety regulations, and company policies.
• Provide administrative support and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Valid UAE Driving Licence.
• Minimum 2–3 years of driving experience in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads, routes, and traffic regulations.
• Experience handling bank submissions, document deliveries, and courier-related tasks.
• Basic English communication skills (Arabic is an advantage).
• Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive documents.
