Primary Responsibilities :
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth by converting qualified opportunities into successful business engagements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT services or IT product sales, with the ability to understand client requirements, present tailored solutions, negotiate commercial terms, and close deals.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert qualified leads and sales opportunities assigned by the organization.
Understand client requirements related to:
Custom Software Development
Web Development
Mobile Application Development
AI/ML Solutions
Cloud Services
Digital Transformation Projects
Conduct discovery calls, client meetings, presentations, and solution discussions.
Prepare proposals, effort estimations, commercial documents, and client presentations.
Drive end-to-end sales cycles from requirement gathering to deal closure.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
Collaborate with technical, delivery, and pre-sales teams to develop effective solutions.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms.
Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM records.
Experience Requirements:
Required Skills & Experience
4–11 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition within the IT Services or IT Product industry.
Strong understanding of software development services and technology solutions.
Proven experience in B2B sales and revenue generation.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to understand technical requirements and translate them into business solutions.
Experience handling enterprise and mid-market clients.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented mindset.
Preferred Skills
Experience in SaaS, AI/ML, Cloud, or Digital Transformation sales.
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
Familiarity with CRM and sales management tools.
