Role Overview
We are looking for a Business Development Executive with experience in IT Services or IT Product companies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, proposal creation, and business development activities through various online platforms and tools.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities through online platforms and outbound prospecting.
Manage lead generation activities using tools such as Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, and similar platforms.
Understand client requirements and prepare customized proposals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients.
Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
Follow up with prospects and convert leads into business opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth project handovers.
Experience Requirements:
Requirements
1.5–2 years of experience in Business Development, Lead Generation, or Upwork bidding.
Experience in IT Services or IT Product industry is mandatory.
Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
Ability to understand client requirements and create tailored proposals.
Self-motivated, disciplined, and target-oriented approach.
Hands-on experience with Upwork, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, or similar lead generation tools is preferred.
Comfortable working during a partial EST overlap (2–3 dedicated hours, flexible night shift).
