Primary Responsibilities :
Manage end-to-end reservation operations, ensuring accurate booking management and maximum room occupancy.
Handle guest inquiries through phone, email, and online platforms while providing exceptional customer service.
Drive room sales through direct bookings, corporate tie-ups, travel agents, and online travel platforms.
Monitor reservation trends, occupancy levels, and revenue performance to maximize sales opportunities.
Coordinate with Front Office, Operations, and Housekeeping teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Develop and maintain relationships with travel partners, corporate clients, and repeat guests.
Prepare reservation, occupancy, and sales reports for management review.
Handle guest requests, special arrangements, and booking modifications professionally.
Support promotional campaigns and sales initiatives to increase revenue and brand visibility.
Ensure adherence to hospitality standards and maintain high levels of guest satisfaction.
Experience Requirements:
Graduate in Hotel Management (IHM preferred) or a related hospitality discipline.
Age preferably below 32 years.
Experience in reservations, hotel sales, or front office operations within the hospitality industry.
Management Trainees with exceptional communication skills and strong potential may also be considered.
Strong English verbal and written communication skills are mandatory.
Knowledge of hotel reservation systems, OTA platforms, and guest management processes.
Excellent customer service, sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple bookings and guest requests.
Self-motivated, ambitious, and eager to grow within a luxury hospitality environment.
