Primary Responsibilities :
  • Drive sales growth and market penetration across the assigned territory through effective distributor and retailer management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key channel partners to maximize business opportunities.
  • Monitor and achieve secondary sales targets, ensuring consistent order generation and repeat business.
  • Lead, train, and manage a team of Sales Officers, providing guidance and performance support to achieve territory objectives.
  • Track competitor activities, market trends, pricing strategies, and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.
  • Ensure timely collections, maintain healthy receivables, and support overall business profitability.
  • Expand retail network coverage and improve product visibility and availability across the territory.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and market updates for management review.
Experience Requirements:
  • Graduate in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
  • 3–8 years of experience in FMCG General Trade sales.
  • Proven experience in distributor management, retail expansion, and secondary sales growth.
  • Strong team handling and field sales management experience.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and sales reporting tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
