Primary Responsibilities :
Lead and manage the complete finance and accounting function, ensuring accurate financial reporting and compliance.
Prepare and oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and cash flow reports.
Manage VAT compliance, tax filings, audits, and regulatory requirements while coordinating with external auditors and financial institutions.
Monitor intercompany transactions, reconciliations, banking activities, and financial controls across business entities.
Provide financial insights, strategic recommendations, and management reports to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.
Experience Requirements:
Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
8–15 years of progressive experience in finance, accounting, audit, and financial management.
Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, budgeting, cash flow management, taxation, and compliance.
Experience handling audits, banking relationships, intercompany accounting, and corporate finance activities.
Excellent analytical, leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
