Primary Responsibilities :
Lead and oversee MEP drafting, BIM, and CAD production activities for multiple projects.
Review, approve, and coordinate shop drawings for HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical systems.
Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, consultant requirements, and relevant authority standards.
Coordinate with site engineers, consultants, and project teams to resolve design clashes and technical issues.
Manage drafting schedules, quality control processes, and timely delivery of MEP design documentation.
Experience Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering.
8–12+ years of experience in MEP drafting, BIM coordination, or design management.
Strong expertise in HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Electrical drafting standards.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit MEP, Navisworks, and BIM coordination processes.
Excellent leadership, team management, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills.
