Primary Responsibilities :
Quantity Surveying Support
Assist in the preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works.
Perform quantity take-offs and measurements from drawings and project specifications.
Support the preparation of cost estimates, budgets, and project cost plans.
Assist senior quantity surveyors in commercial and contractual activities.
Cost Monitoring & Reporting
Track project costs and maintain accurate cost records throughout the project lifecycle.
Assist in preparing cost reports, payment summaries, and valuation documentation.
Monitor budget utilization and highlight potential cost overruns.
Maintain project cost databases and commercial documentation.
Procurement Support
Assist in preparing tender documents and subcontractor inquiry packages.
Prepare subcontractor comparison statements and bid evaluation reports.
Coordinate with procurement teams to obtain quotations and pricing information.
Support material procurement activities through quantity verification and cost analysis.
Variations & Documentation
Maintain variation logs and records of project changes.
Assist in preparing variation orders and supporting documentation.
Organize and maintain commercial files, BOQs, contracts, and project records.
Ensure all documentation is updated and filed accurately.
Coordination & Learning
Coordinate with project engineers, procurement teams, and senior quantity surveyors.
Support project teams with quantity-related information and documentation.
Participate in project meetings and assist with commercial follow-ups.
Continuously develop knowledge of MEP systems, quantity surveying practices, and construction contracts.

Experience Requirements:
Education
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
Experience
1–3 years of experience in MEP Quantity Surveying, Cost Estimation, or Construction Commercial Support.
Fresh graduates with relevant internships or project experience may also be considered.
Technical Skills
Basic understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
Knowledge of quantity take-offs, BOQ preparation, and cost estimation principles.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
Familiarity with AutoCAD and quantity surveying software is an advantage.
