Primary Responsibilities :
Drive regional business growth by identifying, engaging, and acquiring new clients across multiple industry sectors.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market presence.
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients, including senior decision-makers.
Manage the complete sales cycle, from lead generation and prospecting to negotiation and deal closure.
Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to ensure client satisfaction and successful solution delivery.
Identify market opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends to strengthen business positioning.
Participate in industry events, webinars, networking activities, and business meetings to generate new opportunities.
Present solutions effectively through demonstrations, presentations, and consultative discussions.
Track sales activities, pipeline performance, and revenue forecasts to ensure achievement of business objectives.
Support the development and mentoring of future sales team members as the business grows.

Experience Requirements:
Education
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Commerce, or a related field preferred.
Experience
0–2 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Customer Acquisition, or related functions.
