Primary Responsibilities :
- Lead end-to-end customer onboarding and implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within agreed timelines.
- Act as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients during onboarding and implementation phases.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Operations, Customer Success, and Support to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Develop, standardize, and optimize onboarding processes to improve operational efficiency and scalability.
- Track implementation milestones, deliverables, and performance metrics while providing regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring smooth adoption and long-term engagement.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process gaps and implementing best practices.
- Manage project documentation, implementation plans, and customer communication records.
- Support change management initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems.

- Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience using CRM systems, project management tools, and collaboration platforms.
