Primary Responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end recruitment activities for assigned positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references and various
consultancy networks.
Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
Conduct telephonic interviews and initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview status, documentation, and joining
formalities.
Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing and future hiring needs.
Coordinate with consultancies and external recruitment partners whenever
required.
Ensure timely closure of positions within the defined turnaround time.
Prepare and share recruitment reports and hiring updates with management.
Maintain professionalism and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring
process.
Experience Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in B.com or related field.
Proven experience of 2-3years in recruitment/talent acquisition.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple positions
simultaneously.
Experience working on job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
