Role Overview -
AIS Technolabs is looking for a high-performing Business Development Manager (BDM) to lead our growth in the global iGaming and Online Casino sector. You will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities, building strategic partnerships with operators and platform providers, and selling our cutting-edge technical solutions (White-label, Turnkey, and Custom Development).
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities -
· Strategic Growth: Identify and acquire new B2B clients, including online casino operators, sportsbook owners, and iGaming startups across Europe, LATAM, and North America.
· Consultative Selling: Pitch AIS Technolabs’ core iGaming stack: Sportsbook infrastructure, Poker software, Slot game development, and AI-driven player protection tools.
· Full Sales Lifecycle: Manage the end-to-end process from lead generation (LinkedIn, Upwork, and Cold Outreach) to technical demos, contract negotiation, and closure.
· Solution Design: Collaborate with our in-house technical and pre-sales teams to create tailored SOWs (Statements of Work) and ROI-focused business cases for clients.
· Relationship Management: Maintain an 80%+ retention rate by acting as a trusted advisor to clients, ensuring their technical roadmaps align with our delivery.
Skills & Qualifications -
· Industry Expertise: Proven track record in the iGaming, Betting, or Fintech outsourcing industry.
· Technical Literacy: Ability to discuss API integrations, blockchain gaming, and platform architecture with C-suite executives and CTOs.
· Negotiation: Strong ability to handle complex, high-value deal structures (Fixed cost, Milestone-based, or Revenue share models).
· Self-Starter: A "hunter" mindset with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
