Primary Responsibilities :
1. Site Operations Management
Conduct regular visits to assigned client sites to monitor operations.
Ensure proper deployment of security personnel as per approved duty rosters.
Monitor attendance, shift schedules, punctuality, and workforce discipline.
Inspect staff uniforms, grooming standards, and overall professional appearance.
Ensure smooth day-to-day site operations and service delivery.
2. Recruitment & Deployment
Assist in the recruitment and onboarding of security guards and housekeeping staff.
Coordinate immediate replacements for absenteeism, emergency leave, or manpower shortages.
Ensure timely deployment of personnel for new client requirements and site expansions.
3. Client Relationship Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for site-level client concerns and operational issues.
Address client complaints and ensure prompt resolution.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to support service quality and long-term retention.
4. Reporting & Documentation
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly site operation reports.
Update management regarding incidents, manpower status, site performance, and operational challenges.
Ensure accurate maintenance of attendance records, registers, compliance documents, and site-related records.
5. Discipline & Compliance
Enforce organizational policies, procedures, and disciplinary standards.
Address misconduct issues such as absenteeism, negligence, or sleeping on duty.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, security protocols, and client-specific requirements.
6. Training & Supervision
Provide on-site training and guidance to security and housekeeping personnel.
Educate staff on job responsibilities, client expectations, workplace behavior, and emergency response procedures.
Monitor staff performance and recommend improvements where necessary.
Experience Requirements:
Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
Experience in security services, facility management, manpower management, or related field operations.
Strong leadership, team management, and supervisory skills.
Ability to handle client interactions and resolve operational issues effectively.
Good communication and reporting skills.
Proficiency in maintaining records and operational documentation.
Willingness to travel frequently between client locations.
Ability to work flexible hours and respond to emergency situations when required.
Strong problem-solving, coordination, and manpower management abilities.
Knowledge of security operations, compliance requirements, and safety procedures is preferred.
