Primary Responsibilities :
Franchise Acquisition & Lead Generation: * Identify and target potential franchise investors,
entrepreneurs, and retail business owners in Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai, and surrounding
regions.
o Generate leads through various channels, including field networking, B2B portals, social
media, trade shows, and industry referrals.
• Pitching & Negotiation: * Present the RRG Spices franchise business model, ROI projections, and
brand value proposition to prospective partners.
o Negotiate franchise agreements, commercial terms, and initial inventory orders (covering
Spices, Dry Fruits, and other product categories).
• Site Selection & Setup: * Assist franchisees in identifying profitable retail locations based on
footfall, target demographics, and local FMCG market trends.
o Coordinate with the internal operations and marketing teams to ensure smooth store setup
and brand-compliant merchandising.
• Onboarding & Training: * Facilitate the seamless onboarding of new franchise partners.
o Ensure franchisees and their staff are adequately trained on RRG's product portfolio.
• Relationship Management & Compliance: * Act as the primary point of contact for new
franchisees during their initial growth phase.
o Ensure all franchise operations comply with RRG Spices' operational guidelines and legal
agreements.
• Market Analysis & Reporting: * Track competitor activities and local market trends in the
FMCG/Spices sector to refine the franchise offering.
o Maintain accurate records of leads, sales pipelines, and conversions, providing regular
reports to senior management.
Experience Requirements:
• Sales & Negotiation: Excellent persuasive skills with the ability to close high-value business
deals.
• Financial Acumen: Ability to explain P&L, ROI, and business plans to prospective investors
clearly.
• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English, Hindi, and
Marathi (crucial for local market penetration).
• Self-Starter: Highly motivated, willing to travel extensively across the Mumbai Metropolitan
Region.
• Brand Ambassador: Deep understanding of brand building and maintaining the premium quality
standard that RRG Spices represents.
