Primary Responsibilities :
1. Recruitment & Staffing
• Handle end-to-end recruitment process for plant and office staff.
• Coordinate with departments for manpower requirements.
• Source candidates through job portals, agencies, and walk-in interviews.
• Schedule interviews and assist in selection process.
• Prepare offer letters and employment documentation.
2. Onboarding & Induction
• Conduct joining formalities and induction programs for new employees.
• Ensure proper documentation and employee file management.
• Coordinate orientation programs for plant workforce and staff.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
• Monitor daily attendance and maintain attendance records.
• Manage leave applications and ensure proper approval workflow.
• Coordinate with payroll for attendance-related inputs.
4. Employee Relations
• Act as a point of contact for employee queries and grievances.
• Assist in resolving workplace issues in coordination with HR Manager.
• Promote a positive and disciplined work environment.
5. Payroll & HR Administration Support
• Assist in preparation and verification of payroll inputs.
• Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
• Support in statutory compliance documentation (labour law, visa, etc.).
6. Compliance & Documentation
• Ensure HR practices comply with UAE labour law and company policies.
• Maintain employee contracts, renewals, and legal documents.
• Assist in audit requirements (HR files, medical records, etc.).
7. Training & Development
• Coordinate training sessions for employees at plant level.
• Maintain training records and participation logs.
Experience Requirements:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good knowledge of HR operations and labour laws (UAE preferred)
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Problem-solving and employee handling skills
