Job Summary

We are seeking an organized and proactive HR professional to manage workforce operations, employee engagement, compliance, hygiene and safety coordination, training activities, and HR administration within a manufacturing environment. The role requires strong coordination skills, compliance awareness, and the ability to handle employee-related processes effectively.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Employee Safety & Workplace Monitoring

Ensure compliance with PPE and workplace safety protocols

Monitor workplace hazards and safety risks

Coordinate first-aid readiness and emergency preparedness

Maintain safety records and incident reporting

Hygiene & Compliance

Monitor hygiene standards across production and office areas

Ensure sanitization and cleanliness procedures are followed

Coordinate pest control, housekeeping, and facility hygiene

Support food safety and compliance initiatives

Workforce Management

Monitor attendance, shift schedules, and overtime planning

Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs

Manage employee documentation and HR records

Conduct employee performance reviews and disciplinary follow-ups

Training & Development

Organize employee training and awareness programs

Coordinate HACCP, food safety, and operational training

Maintain training records and evaluation reports

Audit & Compliance Support

Support internal audits and compliance checks

Maintain SOPs, compliance documents, and organizational records

Coordinate with department heads for audit readiness

Employee Engagement & Administration

Conduct employee meetings and engagement activities

Coordinate team-building and workplace improvement initiatives

Maintain organizational charts and role documentation
