Primary Responsibilities :
Key Responsibilities
• Sales Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the designated state.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and execute state-level sales strategies to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Dealer & Distributor Management: Build and maintain a strong dealer network, appoint new dealers, and manage channel partners to expand market reach.
• Client Relationship Management: Maintain relationships with key stockiest and dealers.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to deliver high performance.
• Market Intelligence: Conduct regular market visits to gather competitor activity information, customer needs, and industry trends.
• Reporting: Prepare accurate sales forecasts, analyze sales data, and submit regular performance reports to senior management.
• Product Promotion: Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations for clients from time to time.
Required Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 3–8 years of experience in B2B industrial sales, with a preference for experience in aerosol spray paint, two wheelers spare parts, two wheelers accessories shops, two wheeler mechanics site.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or degree in any related field.
• Communication: Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Mobility: Ability to travel extensively within the state.
