What We’re Looking For
Proven Expertise: 6+ years of professional experience as a Camera Operator or DoP (a strong portfolio of corporate or branded content is a must).
Technical Mastery: Deep hands-on experience with professional camera systems (e.g., Sony, Canon, Blackmagic, or RED) and sophisticated lighting setups.
Artistic Insight: A solid understanding of color theory, composition, and the nuances of B2B visual storytelling.
Strategic Thinker: Ability to translate abstract business ideas into compelling, high-impact visual formats.
Leadership Skills: Experience leading shoots independently and the confidence to communicate effectively with C-suite stakeholders.
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Visual Leadership: Define and own the visual language and cinematic quality of all video content across the firm.
Production Excellence: Lead the planning and execution of all shoots, including advanced lighting design, camera operation, and precise shot composition.
Creative Direction: Collaborate with consultants and leadership to develop shot lists, mood boards, and visual treatments that align with our brand identity.
On-Set Management: Direct on-set production, managing framing and lighting while comfortably guiding senior stakeholders and on-screen talent.
Equipment Oversight: Select and manage high-end camera gear, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment to ensure peak production standards.
Post-Production Sync: Work closely with the editing team to ensure visual consistency, providing input on color grading and final visual output.
