Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Production: Plan, shoot, and produce high-quality video content for client engagements, marketing campaigns, and internal communications.
Visual Storytelling: Translate complex business concepts into visually engaging stories and professional video formats.
Technical Execution: Lead on-site and studio shoots, including professional lighting, high-fidelity sound recording, and multi-camera setups.
Stakeholder Management: Confidently direct shoots involving senior leadership, consultants, and external talent.
Creative Collaboration: Partner with the marketing team to develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards that align with the brand voice.
Post-Production: Oversee or independently manage the editing process to ensure polished final outputs (color grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics).
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 4–6 years of professional videography experience (Corporate, Agency, or B2B experience is a significant advantage).
Technical Mastery: Advanced hands-on expertise with professional cameras (DSLR/Mirrorless/Cinema), lighting kits, and audio gear.
Software Proficiency: Skilled in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
Artistic Vision: A strong portfolio demonstrating a solid understanding of framing, visual composition, and narrative flow.
Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment and manage multiple projects under tight deadlines.
