Role Objective
We are seeking an experienced SAP C4C Consultant to lead Level 2 and Level 3 support within SAP Maintenance projects. You will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting C4C solutions across Sales and Service Clouds, ensuring business processes are seamlessly translated into the SAP ecosystem while meeting strict SLA commitments.
Technical & Professional Requirements
Experience: 5+ years as an SAP C4C Consultant; minimum 3 years specifically in SAP Maintenance/Support projects.
Functional Mastery: Strong knowledge of C4C modules (Sales & Service Cloud) and FSM.
Integration Skills: Hands-on experience integrating C4C with SAP ECC, S/4HANA, SAP BI, and SAP SAC via CPI/BTP.
Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Methodology: Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and support methodologies.
Soft Skills: Professional-level English (written/verbal) with the ability to collaborate effectively with global business teams.
Flexibility: Proactive approach with the flexibility to work across time zones and support urgent issues outside standard 8x5 hours if required.
Preferred Qualifications
SAP C4C Certification is highly desirable.
Familiarity with monitoring tools and job scheduling specifically for Service Tickets.

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Support & Maintenance: Provide L2/L3 support for SAP Maintenance projects, resolving tickets, changes, and customizing updates within committed SLAs.
Solution Design: Configure C4C solutions with a focus on:
Sales Cloud: Opportunity, Lead, and Activity Management.
Service Cloud: Ticket Management, Knowledge Base, and SLAs.
FSM: Scheduling, Dispatching, and Resource Management.
Implementation & Integration: Participate in C4C implementations, including configuration, data migration, and integration testing.
System Monitoring: Oversee system health, interfaces (CPI/BTP), batch jobs, RFCs, and integration channels (ECC, S/4HANA, BI, SAC, etc.).
Business Advisory: Evaluate "As-Is" and "To-Be" processes; identify gaps between standard functionality and business needs to propose effective workarounds or solutions.
User Enablement: Conduct system configuration, rigorous testing, and provide training to end-users to ensure high adoption.
