Mandate Requirements

Experience: 5 to 8 years of core experience in Brand Management or Integrated Marketing.

Regional Expertise: Prior experience in the Kuwaiti or GCC market is highly preferred to understand local consumer nuances.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of CRM software and marketing automation.

Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or Communications.

Soft Skills:

Exceptional leadership and team management capabilities.

Persuasive communication and high-level negotiation skills.

Creative thinking with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.

Language: Fluency in English is mandatory; proficiency in Arabic is a significant advantage for this location.

Roles & Responsibility

Brand Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive brand identities and marketing strategies to increase market share and brand equity in the Kuwaiti market.

Campaign Management: Lead end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms, ensuring consistent messaging and high ROI.

Market Research: Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and consumer behavior studies to identify emerging trends and growth opportunities.

Budget Oversight: Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources to high-impact activities and providing regular financial performance reports.

Stakeholder Coordination: Liaise with creative agencies, media houses, and internal sales teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Content Leadership: Oversee the creation of engaging marketing collateral, including press releases, digital content, and promotional materials.

Performance Tracking: Utilize data analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, adjusting strategies in real-time to meet KPIs.
