Mandate Requirements
Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of core experience in accounting.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
Technical Proficiency: * Advanced skills in Tally Prime (Mandatory).
Strong command over Microsoft Excel and Word for financial reporting.
Hands-on experience with GST entries and bank reconciliations.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills for cross-functional team coordination.
Ability to multitask and meet strict financial deadlines.
Compensation & Location
Location: Pune & Nashik, Maharashtra.
Salary: Up to ₹21,000 per month (Commensurate with experience and performance).
Experience Requirements:
Roles & Responsibility
Daily Accounting: Manage day-to-day accounting activities, ensuring all financial transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
Financial Record Keeping: Maintain precise financial records, including general ledgers, journals, and accounts payable/receivable.
Reconciliations: Perform regular bank statement reconciliations and vendor account reconciliations to ensure data integrity.
Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audits by preparing necessary documentation and providing required clarifications.
Closing Activities: Support the senior accounting team in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Accounts Payable/Receivable: Assist in processing vendor invoices and payments; proactively follow up with customers and vendors regarding outstanding payments.
Statutory Compliance: Assist with statutory compliance tasks, specifically focusing on GST and TDS entries and filings.
Process Improvement: Continuously suggest improvements to accounting workflows to enhance overall accuracy and efficiency.
