1. Role Summary
We are looking for a performance-focused Digital Marketing & Growth Executive to transform our e-commerce platform into a high-velocity revenue engine. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build a digital marketing function from scratch. You will be responsible for driving organic traffic, managing high-intent paid campaigns, and building an automated lead-nurturing ecosystem.
Our target audience is diverse, ranging from academic institutions (Colleges/Universities) to specialized professionals in Law, Healthcare, Corporate, and Government sectors.
3. Required Experience & Skills
Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing digital campaigns end-to-end.
Strategic Understanding: Strong grasp of lead funnels—moving a user from the first visit to a final Purchase Order (PO).
Communication: Exceptional written English for ad copy, email nurturing, and LinkedIn thought leadership.
Tools: Familiarity with WhatsApp Business API, Email Marketing tools, and Google/LinkedIn Ad Managers.
Attributes: A self-starter who can plan, execute, and measure results independently in a standalone function.

2. Key Responsibilities
Performance Marketing & Paid Media
Google Search Ads: Plan and execute campaigns targeting high-intent keywords related to academic publications and specialized subjects.
LinkedIn Ads: Manage targeted outreach for B2B stakeholders, including Librarians, HODs, and Procurement Managers.
Retargeting: Run remarketing campaigns to convert website visitors who did not complete an inquiry or purchase.
Platform Ownership & Lead Management
Website Optimization: Ensure the e-commerce platform is fast, well-structured, and continuously optimized for SEO.
Lead Funnel Management: Build and manage a lead capture system where every inquiry (web, email, or phone) is logged, tracked, and followed up.
Automation: Set up automated email responses and lead-nurture sequences for non-converted traffic.
Content & Retention Marketing
Email & WhatsApp: Maintain segmented lists (Librarians, Faculty, Corporates) and execute monthly newsletters and WhatsApp broadcast campaigns for new arrivals and special offers.
Social Media: Manage the professional LinkedIn presence and a secondary channel (Instagram/X) with a 3–4 post-per-week content calendar.
