The Area Relationship Manager will be the primary growth driver for their assigned territory. This role demands a high-energy professional who can manage high-value client relationships, drive regional revenue, and act as a brand custodian. You will be responsible for both acquiring new strategic accounts and deepening the wallet share of existing partnerships.
3. Candidate Profile
Education & Experience:
Qualification: MBA (Full-time) from a reputed institute is mandatory.
Experience: 4 to 8 years in B2B Sales, Corporate Relations, or Enterprise Account Management.
Preferred Sectors: FinTech, Banking (HNI/Corporate Salary), EdTech (Institutional Sales), or SaaS.
Key Skills:
Consultative Selling: Ability to sell solutions, not just products.
Negotiation: Proven track record of handling complex contracts and pricing discussions.
Local Insight: Strong understanding of the business landscape in the specific city (e.g., the financial hub of Mumbai vs. the institutional market in Dehradun).
Communication: Exceptional command over English and the local regional language.

Business Development & Growth
Identify and acquire high-value corporate/institutional clients within the assigned territory.
Own the end-to-end sales cycle, from lead generation and initial pitching to contract negotiation and closure.
Drive consistent monthly and quarterly revenue targets with a focus on high-margin products/services.
Relationship Management
Build and maintain a robust "C-Suite" network within the local market.
Act as the dedicated point of contact for key accounts, ensuring high retention rates and NPS (Net Promoter Score).
Conduct regular "Health Checks" with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
Analyze local market trends and competitor activity to provide actionable feedback to the central product team.
Design and execute localized marketing or networking events to increase brand visibility.
