Salary: Up to USD 18,000 per annum + OTE + Allowances

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Key Account Manager (CSM) to manage enterprise client relationships and drive account growth. The role involves handling key accounts, ensuring customer success, and identifying new business opportunities across industries such as manufacturing, e-commerce, and retail.

 

Experience & Qualification

  • 10–12+ years of experience in account management / customer success
  • Prior experience in ERP / enterprise solution sales is mandatory

Work Model

  • Remote role (no physical office)
  • Candidate must be based in Manila (Metro Manila) or Jakarta (City area)
  • Open to travel for client meetings as required

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base Salary: Up to USD 18,000 per annum
  • OTE (On-Target Earnings) as applicable
  • Mobile & internet reimbursement
  • Travel allowance as per business requirements

Additional Requirements

  • Must be currently residing in the respective city (Manila / Jakarta)
  • Willingness to travel based on client requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow enterprise client accounts
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key customers
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Drive customer success, retention, and satisfaction
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
  • Work closely with sales, delivery, and support teams
  • Understand client requirements and align solutions accordingly
  • Track account performance and revenue growth
  • Conduct regular client meetings and business reviews
  • Ensure timely resolution of client issues and escalations
  • Maintain CRM updates and account documentation
  • Achieve assigned revenue and account growth targets

Key Requirements

  • Experience working with SAP / ERP partner companies
  • Strong background in enterprise account management
  • Experience selling to manufacturing, e-commerce, or retail industries
  • Proven ability to manage large and strategic accounts
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment
