Currency Conversion Note: This is approximately ₱250,000 – ₱310,000 PHP, which is significantly above the market average, making this a Premium Senior-Level mandate.

Job Summary

The Site Director will serve as the most senior leader on-site, responsible for the strategic oversight and end-to-end delivery of large-scale projects. This role requires a high-level technical expert who can manage multi-disciplinary teams, handle high-stakes client relations, and ensure that all operations comply with Philippine building codes, safety standards, and environmental regulations.

 

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.

Experience: 12–15+ years of extensive experience in the construction industry, with at least 5 years in a Director or Senior Project Management capacity.

Licensure: A Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) license is mandatory for Filipino nationals. MMUP/UPDA or international equivalent (e.g., PMP, CIOB) is highly preferred for expats.

Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of FIDIC contracts, project management software (Primavera/MS Project), and digital design tools (AutoCAD/BIM).

Soft Skills: Exceptional commercial awareness, high-level negotiation skills, and a proven ability to lead thousands of on-site personnel.

Experience Requirements:

Key Responsibilities

Project Governance: Oversee all logistical, financial, and technical requirements of the project. Ensure work is completed within budget and strictly adheres to timelines.

Team Leadership: Direct senior managers, site engineers, and subcontractors. Set clear targets, manage resource allocation, and mentor junior staff.

Stakeholder Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and government authorities. Lead high-level project status meetings and negotiations.

Risk & Compliance: Identify potential project bottlenecks or financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. Ensure full compliance with DOLE (Department of Labor and Employment) safety standards and Local Building Codes.

Financial Oversight: Monitor site expenses, approve major procurement requests, and provide regular financial forecasts to the board/senior management.

Quality & Safety Excellence: Implement and maintain a culture of high-quality service and "Zero Accident" operations across the entire site.
