Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced ETP & MEE Manager to oversee the complete operations of Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) with Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD) systems. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient plant operations, compliance, process optimization, and environmental sustainability.
Required Qualifications
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering OR
- M.Sc. (Chemistry) / Environmental Engineering
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10+ years of experience
- At least 5 years in ETP operations in chemical plants
- Experience handling 100,000+ liters/day capacity ETP
Preferred Experience
- Experience in dyes, pigments, or RED category industries
- Hands-on experience with ZLD systems
- Knowledge of EcoVadis or sustainability ratings
- Experience in MEE plant operations
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of ETP, STP, RO, and MEE systems
- Expertise in biological treatment processes

Key Responsibilities (15)
- Oversee complete ETP (ZLD) operations of the plant
- Monitor and optimize ETP, STP, MEE, and RO processes
- Identify and eliminate process bottlenecks
- Ensure quality control through lab testing of water and effluents
- Handle troubleshooting and maintain smooth plant operations
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in plant areas
- Lead R&D and process improvement initiatives
- Ensure continuous monitoring of critical parameters
- Manage biological treatment and RO systems effectively
- Operate and maintain MEE (Multiple Effect Evaporator) systems
- Oversee Ammonium Sulphate Plant operations
- Ensure proper functioning of STP systems and control BOD/COD levels
- Work with equipment like classifiers, separators, settlers, and carbon columns
- Ensure compliance with environmental norms and sustainability standards
- Maintain documentation, reporting, and audit readiness
