Job Title: SEO Specialist Location: Ahmedabad (WFO) Experience: 3 + Years Industry: IT Services / Digital Marketing Job Summary: We are looking for a forward-thinking SEO professional who understands the evolving landscape of search, including SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization). The ideal candidate should be capable of driving organic growth, improving brand visibility across search engines and AI platforms, and building long-term digital authority.
Key Requirements: ● 3+ years of experience in SEO, preferably in a digital or IT services environment ● Strong understanding of modern search ecosystems (SEO + GEO + AEO) ● Hands-on experience with tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc. ● Proven experience in content strategy, topic clustering, and on-page optimization ● Knowledge of AI-driven search platforms and how content is surfaced in them ● Familiarity with schema markup, technical SEO, and website performance optimization ● Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights ● Excellent communication and collaboration skills Preferred Skills: ● Experience in building AI citation strategies (ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.) ● Understanding of performance marketing and its integration with SEO ● Ability to create high-quality, research-driven content strategies ● Experience working with global clients and diverse industries
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities: ● Develop and execute comprehensive strategies across SEO, AEO, and GEO to improve visibility on Google and AI-driven platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.) ● Optimize content for Google AI Overviews by structuring information into clear, concise, and answer-focused formats ● Build and manage topical authority through content clusters, interlinking strategies, and deep subject coverage ● Conduct intent-based keyword research focusing on user queries and conversational search patterns ● Drive Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) by ensuring brand presence in AI-generated responses and authoritative sources ● Collaborate with content, marketing, and development teams to implement SEO best practices ● Monitor and improve technical SEO aspects including site structure, schema markup, indexing, and page performance ● Track and analyze performance using advanced metrics such as share of voice, brand search volume, AI citations, and organic visibility ● Identify opportunities to publish original data, research, and thought leadership content to enhance brand authority ● Stay updated with the latest trends in AI search, algorithm updates, and evolving search behaviors
