Position Overview
We are seeking a knowledgeable and passionate Civil Trainer responsible for delivering training sessions in civil engineering concepts, site practices, and construction methodologies. The role involves guiding students or trainees to enhance their practical and theoretical knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of civil engineering concepts and site practices
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Training and mentoring ability
- Knowledge of AutoCAD / basic software (preferred)
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly
Preferred Profile
- 2–5 years of experience in civil engineering or training
- Experience in site execution or teaching/training roles
- Passion for teaching and guiding students
Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Training & Development:
- Conduct training sessions on civil engineering topics (construction, site execution, materials, etc.)
- Deliver both theoretical and practical learning modules
Curriculum & Content:
- Prepare training materials, presentations, and study resources
- Update content as per industry trends and standards
Student Engagement:
- Guide and mentor trainees to improve technical skills
- Conduct assessments, tests, and provide feedback
Practical Exposure:
- Provide insights into real-time site work and project execution
- Explain drawings, BOQs, estimation, and construction techniques
Coordination & Reporting:
- Track trainee progress and maintain training records
- Coordinate with management for training improvements
