Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled Architectural BIM Modeler responsible for planning, designing, and detailing architectural projects using BIM tools. The role involves preparing high-quality construction drawings, developing Revit models, and supporting project execution across various commercial and residential projects.
Key Skills
- Proficiency in Revit (Architecture & MEP)
- Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
- Experience with SketchUp
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite (preferred)
- Familiarity with Enscape (added advantage)

Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
Design & Modeling:
- Develop architectural BIM models using Revit
- Prepare detailed construction drawings, layouts, and documentation
- Create and manage Revit families and components
Drafting & Documentation:
- Produce accurate drawings with annotations and detailing
- Prepare design presentations and construction documents
- Work on project schedules and documentation standards
Project Coordination:
- Collaborate with design and engineering teams
- Support planning and execution of multiple projects
- Ensure designs meet project requirements and timelines
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (B.E Civil)
