Experience Requirements:
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Business Development
Generate and develop leads for SSP/MSP boiler projects
Build strong relationships with consultants, EPC companies, and end-users
Identify and develop new business opportunities across industries
2. Bid & Proposal Management
Manage end-to-end tendering and proposal processes
Coordinate with proposal, design, and costing teams
Ensure timely submission of techno-commercial proposals
3. Deal Closure
Lead negotiations with clients and stakeholders
Ensure adherence to pricing strategies and margin guidelines
Convert business opportunities into confirmed orders
4. Internal Coordination
Collaborate with internal teams including:
Proposal Team
Finance (for payment terms)
Planning (for delivery timelines)
Project Team (for execution)
Ensure smooth handover of projects to execution teams
5. Market Intelligence
Track competitor activities, pricing, and positioning
Provide insights on market trends and customer requirements
