Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Sr. Product Owner – Digital Platforms to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of digital products. The ideal candidate will take ownership of the product lifecycle, drive product vision, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-impact digital solutions aligned with business goals.
Skills & Competencies
Technical & Functional Skills
Strong expertise in digital platforms and product lifecycle management
Deep understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks
Experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customer journey mapping
Understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture

Qualifications

1. Product Strategy & Vision
Define and own the product vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy.
Align product initiatives with business objectives and customer needs.
Identify market opportunities and drive innovation in digital platforms.
2. Backlog & Requirement Management
Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value and impact.
Translate business requirements into detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
Ensure clarity and alignment of requirements across teams.
3. Agile Delivery & Execution
Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Work closely with engineering, design, and QA teams to ensure timely delivery.
Remove blockers and ensure smooth execution of product initiatives.
4. Stakeholder Management
Act as the primary interface between business, technology, and leadership teams.
Communicate product updates, risks, and progress to stakeholders.
Manage expectations and ensure alignment across multiple teams.
5. Data-Driven Decision Making
Track product performance using KPIs, analytics, and user feedback.
Use insights to optimize product features and user experience.
Drive continuous improvement and innovation.
6. Team Leadership & Mentorship
Mentor junior product owners and business analysts.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and innovation.
