Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Owner – Digital Platforms to drive the development and optimization of digital products. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, design teams, and engineering teams to define product vision, prioritize features, and deliver high-quality digital solutions that enhance user experience and business outcomes.

 

Skills & Competencies

Technical & Functional Skills

Strong understanding of digital platforms and product lifecycle management

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar

Knowledge of user experience (UX) principles and digital workflows

Basic understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture

Soft Skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deliverables

Leadership mindset with ownership and accountability

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field

MBA or Product Management certification is a plus

Experience Required

3–6 years of experience as a Product Owner, Business Analyst, or similar role

Proven experience in managing digital products or platforms

Experience working in Agile environments with cross-functional teams

Key Responsibilities

1. Product Ownership & Strategy

Define and communicate product vision, roadmap, and goals.

Align product strategy with business objectives and customer needs.

Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring clear prioritization.

2. Requirement Management

Gather, analyze, and document business and user requirements.

Translate requirements into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Ensure requirements are well understood by development teams.

3. Agile Execution

Work closely with Scrum teams to deliver features in sprint cycles.

Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.

Ensure timely delivery of product features with high quality.

4. Stakeholder Collaboration

Act as the primary point of contact between business and technical teams.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UX, development, and QA.

Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular updates.

5. Product Performance & Improvement

Track product performance using data and user feedback.

Identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.

Drive continuous enhancement of digital platforms.
