Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst – eCommerce who can bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and drive data-driven decisions to enhance eCommerce operations, customer experience, and overall business performance.
Skills & Competencies
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms (Shopify, Magento, WooCommerce, etc.)
Proficiency in data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, Google Analytics)
Knowledge of business analysis tools and documentation techniques
Understanding of APIs, integrations, and digital workflows
Soft Skills
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field
MBA or relevant certification is a plus

Proven experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder management

Key Responsibilities
1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and objectives.
Gather, document, and analyze functional and non-functional requirements.
Translate business needs into clear technical specifications and user stories.
2. eCommerce Platform Optimization
Analyze website performance, customer journeys, and conversion funnels.
Identify areas for improvement in user experience and operational efficiency.
Work closely with development teams to implement enhancements.
3. Data Analysis & Reporting
Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and website analytics.
Generate insights to improve conversion rates and revenue growth.
Create dashboards and reports for business stakeholders.
4. Stakeholder Management
Act as a liaison between business teams, IT teams, and external vendors.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and requirement discussions.
Ensure alignment between business goals and technical solutions.
5. Process Improvement
Identify gaps in existing processes and recommend improvements.
Support automation and digital transformation initiatives.
Ensure best practices in eCommerce operations and analytics.
